We put ESG into action every day
Actionable consultancy and practical engineering that reduces environmental risk.

1. Prevent and mitigate pollution
Reducing complex pollutants in multiple environments.

2. Manage water resources
Preventing pollution from wastewater, increasing hydraulic capacity, and helping secure freshwater supply.

3. Enhance biodiversity
Helping to create a sustainable world with a richer ecological landscape.

4. Transition to clean energy
Connecting high-voltage renewables and delivering sustainable EV charging solutions.

5. Adapt to climate change
From flood to heat resilience, we're getting ready for a new climate future.

As the UK’s most trusted environmental services partner, our mission is to help organisations reduce risk to the environment and their operation by managing assets compliantly while achieving commercial, ESG and Net-Zero goals.
We facilitate progress by enabling utilities, energy, and industrial infrastructure owners to overcome the biggest environmental challenges of the 21st century. We’re doing this by innovating and engineering solutions to enable compliant asset installation and maintenance, and transition to new energy infrastructure whilst reducing environmental risk, operational downtime, reputation damage, and regulatory enforcement.
We do this through:
- Asset strategy – building long-term asset plans aligned to organisations’ strategic goals.
- Preventive maintenance – compliance assessment and asset maintenance to reduce the risk of environmental incidents.
- Emergency response – rapid response in the event of an environmental incident.
- Transitioning assets – installing new and repurposing old assets to deliver ESG goals and prepare for a Net-Zero future.

Who we work with
We are addressing 5 challenges for society
Wastewater is a pressing issue as population is growing while old and limited infrastructure results in increasing pollution incidents.
Fresh water is also a concern as there is an increasing demand from growing demographics and industrial use. At the same time, supply is challenged by ageing infrastructure and climate issues.
Pollution continues to be a major challenge, whether contamination is on land, water, or in the air, with long-term impact on society.
There is a pressing need to be able to solve pollution issues that are continuously present in the environment (i.e. PFAS in water and long-term monitoring and remediation after an incident is now required by law).
The UK has a clear commitment to reach Net-Zero by 2050 and, while a transition has started, hydrocarbons will continue to be required in parallel with new sources of energy.
Given the age of the hydrocarbon infrastructure, there is a requirement to extend life of assets as much as possible while avoiding new investments in infrastructure until new energy sources can be used.
The biodiversity of the UK is under threat and the impact is already felt in natural habitats out of balance, resulting in lower agricultural yields.
The overall ESG agenda emphasizing the 'E'
Managing storms, floods, higher temperature variations, drought.
The climate change challenge encompasses all of the above factors and will be a priority for most blue-chip companies going forward.

Non-destructive testing (NDT) for storage tanks
Non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection of above-ground storage tanks performed to current standards and guidance without causing damage or requiring operational downtime.
What do you need to know about the new Environment Act?
Now the Environment Act is law, here's some changes you should be aware of.
